HANSEL ENMANUEL


Hansel Enmanuel Donato Domínguez is a Dominican college basketball player for Northwestern State Demons in the Southland Conference. He moved to the US in 2021 on a scholarship to play at Life Christian Academy in Kissimmee, Florida.

Enmanuel lost his left arm at age six when a cinderblock wall fell and trapped him for two hours, requiring amputation below the shoulder. Despite his life-altering injuries, he saw the adversities as a "blessing." Enmanuel has inspired many people after sharing his story. 
Hansel chose hot pink and baby lime green to represent his values. These colors symbolize empowerment, strength, growth, and renewal.

Community members will be given a chance to share their personal stories and create customized merchandise by adding their values, colors, and virtues to reflect their unique Hispanic identity.
